Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the end-to-end management of luxury short-term rental portfolios.
  • Coordinate guest check-ins, check-outs, and provide 5-star concierge-level support.
  • Monitor listing performance on Airbnb and other OTAs, adjusting pricing strategies to boost revenue.
  • Perform regular property inspections to ensure brand standards and maintenance quality.
  • Liaise with cleaning teams and maintenance contractors to ensure property readiness.
  • Analyze guest feedback to improve overall service standards and operational workflows.
  • Support the operations team in scaling property listings and administrative reporting.

Kualifikasi

  • Fresh graduates or young professionals with 0-2 years of experience.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malay; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a 'can-do' attitude under pressure.
  • Highly organized with a meticulous eye for detail and property aesthetics.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning property management software.
  • Flexibility to work shift hours as required by the nature of the hospitality business.
