Tanggung Jawab
- Generate and qualify sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct thorough site visits and consultations to understand client needs and recommend the most suitable air conditioning systems.
- Prepare detailed sales quotations, technical proposals, and negotiate terms to secure contracts and achieve monthly targets.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, including follow-up calls and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process.
- Collaborate closely with the installation and maintenance teams to ensure seamless project delivery and timely installation.
- Stay updated on the latest market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in the company CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the air conditioning, home appliances, or construction industry.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a commission-based environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Valid driving license and own transport are highly preferred for site visits.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and resilient attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
