Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Consult with residential and commercial clients to recommend optimal cooling solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotations and technical proposals for potential customers.
- Conduct site visits to assess installation requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up on sales leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Stay updated with the latest HVAC industry trends, product launches, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure timely and professional service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related technical field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the HVAC or consumer electronics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Malay, or Chinese.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
- A valid driver's license and own transportation for local client visits.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
