Hocooling is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Aircond Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. In this role, you will be the face of our company, helping residential and commercial clients find the perfect air conditioning solutions to meet their cooling needs.

Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC sector in Penang.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and consultations for potential clients.
- Prepare and present competitive sales quotations and proposals.
- Follow up on sales leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and after-sales support.
- Keep up-to-date with current HVAC industry trends, product specifications, and competitive pricing.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the air conditioning, electrical, or construction industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in English, Malay, or Chinese.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Penang region for client meetings.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
