Hocooling is currently seeking an energetic and results-driven Aircond Sales Executive to join our team in Masai, Johor. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by connecting customers with high-quality air conditioning solutions.
We are looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, solving client problems, and closing deals. If you have a passion for sales and a basic understanding of cooling systems, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales inquiries, performing site consultations, and ensuring our clients receive top-tier service from consultation to installation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Masai and Johor region.
- Conduct professional site visits to assess client cooling needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Prepare accurate quotations and sales proposals for residential and commercial clients.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Follow up on leads promptly and track sales progress through the pipeline.
- Provide technical product demonstrations and explain the benefits of our air conditioning units.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in HVAC, construction, or home appliances.
- Strong communication skills in Malay, English, and Chinese (or other local dialects) to effectively communicate with diverse clients.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport for site visits.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn technical product details quickly and apply them in a sales context.
- Proven track record in customer service and professional networking.
