Hocooling is seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Aircond Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Ampang, Selangor. In this role, you will be the face of our air conditioning solutions, helping residential and commercial clients find the perfect cooling systems to meet their needs.

As an Aircond Sales Executive, you will drive revenue growth by establishing new customer relationships, managing existing accounts, and promoting our extensive range of air conditioning services and products. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits within Selangor and surrounding areas.
  • Present, promote, and sell a wide range of residential and commercial air conditioning systems and maintenance packages.
  • Perform site visits and basic assessments to recommend optimal cooling solutions and prepare accurate quotations for prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with developers, contractors, interior designers, and individual homeowners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Collaborate with the technical installation team to ensure seamless project delivery and execution.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the HVAC, home appliances, or construction-related industries.
  • Possess strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must possess own transport (car) and a valid driving license, with a willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin or other local dialects is an added advantage.
  • Basic technical knowledge of air conditioning systems is highly desirable, though training will be provided.
