Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the assembly, installation, and testing of aircraft components and sub-assemblies.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure compliance with strict aerospace safety standards.
- Support senior technicians in identifying and troubleshooting mechanical or electrical defects.
- Maintain precise documentation and logs for all maintenance and repair activities performed.
- Operate specialized tools and precision equipment safely and effectively.
- Ensure all workstations and equipment are maintained in accordance with safety and 5S protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and performance targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply; prior experience is not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, multinational corporate environment.
- Positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn new technical skills.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and fundamental engineering principles.
