Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble aircraft components and sub-assemblies according to engineering specifications and blueprints
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for precise component fitting
- Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure adherence to aerospace standards
- Document assembly processes and maintain accurate production records
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to resolve assembly issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in the manufacturing environment
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification in technical field or related discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of technical drawings and schematics
- Proficiency in using hand tools and precision measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to undergo additional training for specialized assembly processes
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing standards is an advantage
