Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assembly and installation of aircraft structures and components under supervision
- Learn to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks on assembled parts
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations
- Participate in on-the-job training and classroom instruction
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- Adhere to all company policies and industry standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
- No prior experience required; full training provided
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Singaporean or PR preferred; work authorization required
