Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise assembly and disassembly of aircraft engines according to manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements
- Conduct thorough inspections of engine components to identify wear, damage, or defects
- Repair and replace faulty parts using specialized tools and equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed, including inspection reports and maintenance records
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Stay current with the latest engine technologies and maintenance procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Aircraft Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in aircraft engine assembly/disassembly or MRO operations
- Valid aircraft maintenance license (e.g., CAAS Part-66) is preferred
- Proficiency in using technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Strong knowledge of aircraft engine systems and components
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
