Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough inspection, teardown, and assembly of aircraft engine components according to technical manuals.
- Execute precise measurement and testing of engine parts to verify adherence to design specifications.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and scheduled repairs on various engine modules.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify root causes for engine component failures.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in compliance with aviation regulatory standards.
- Ensure all workshop activities are carried out in strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet turnaround time targets and quality benchmarks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in aircraft engine maintenance, repair, or overhaul (MRO).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and engine maintenance manuals.
- Strong working knowledge of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges.
- Ability to perform meticulous physical work in a professional workshop environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems independently.
