Tanggung Jawab
- Perform aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with B1.1/B2 category requirements
- Conduct quality assurance audits and compliance checks for maintenance documentation
- Investigate technical discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve engineering issues
- Ensure adherence to aviation safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate technical records and maintenance logs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes
Kualifikasi
- Certified Aircraft Engineer with B1.1/B2 license (EASA or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of aviation safety regulations (EASA Part 145/66)
- Proficient in quality control methodologies and documentation systems
- Experience troubleshooting complex aircraft systems (avionics, hydraulics, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication abilities for technical reporting
