We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Aircraft Painter Technician to join our high-performance team in Paya Lebar.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic finish of critical aircraft engine components. You will work in a fast-paced, safety-oriented environment, utilizing specialized coating techniques to meet rigorous aerospace industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform high-quality painting and coating applications on aircraft engine parts and components.
- Execute surface preparation tasks including masking, sanding, and cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Operate spray guns and pneumatic painting equipment according to safety guidelines.
- Interpret technical drawings and process specifications to ensure parts meet manufacturer requirements.
- Inspect components for defects or surface irregularities before and after the painting process.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and ensure a safe, hazard-free workspace in compliance with HSE regulations.
- Document work progress and maintain accurate records of finished components.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec in Aerospace Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in industrial painting, automotive painting, or aircraft component repair is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision under minimal supervision.
- Commitment to strict safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Ability to work shifts if required by the MRO operational schedule.
