Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare aircraft surfaces through sanding, cleaning, and masking techniques
- Apply primers and specialty coatings using spray equipment per technical specifications
- Maintain strict quality control standards for paint adhesion and finish consistency
- Inspect and document painted surfaces for compliance with aviation regulations
- Operate and maintain painting equipment including spray guns, compressors, and mixing systems
- Follow all OSHA and aviation safety protocols during painting operations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve surface preparation challenges
Kualifikasi
- Technical certification in aircraft painting or industrial coating (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience in aircraft maintenance or MRO environments
- Proficiency in surface preparation methods and coating application techniques
- Knowledge of aviation materials, corrosion prevention, and paint specifications
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for precise work
- Valid safety certifications and respirator training (OSHA 1910.134)
