Tanggung Jawab
- Troubleshoot, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft airframes, engines, avionics, and aircraft components
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and structural issues in aircraft systems
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs according to manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in compliance with aviation standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Participate in training and development programs to stay current with aviation technologies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification or equivalent international certification
- Proven experience as an aircraft technician with focus on airframe maintenance
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and avionics
- Familiarity with aviation regulations and safety standards (FAA, EASA, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physical ability to perform tasks in various positions, including confined spaces and at heights
