Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior technicians in the assembly, disassembly, and inspection of aircraft engines and components.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and cleaning of engine parts following strict safety and quality protocols.
- Document all maintenance activities accurately in accordance with aviation regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Learn to interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, and blueprints to ensure precise repairs.
- Maintain and calibrate specialized aviation tools and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Participate in technical training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and mechanical skills.
- Support the logistics and movement of engine parts within the workshop to ensure efficient workflow.
- Adhere to all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies to maintain a zero-incident environment.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong interest in the aviation industry and a desire to build a career in aircraft maintenance.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and comfort using hand and power tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and follow complex instructions.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends, to support 24/7 aviation operations.
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining rigorous safety standards.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for technical documentation.
