Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior technicians in the disassembly, inspection, and assembly of aircraft engines and components.
- Perform cleaning, sorting, and preparation of engine parts for repair or replacement according to technical manuals.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to identify wear, damage, or defects.
- Utilize precision tools and equipment to measure and verify component specifications.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used in the maintenance system.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to team efficiency.
- Participate in on-the-job training and attend technical courses to develop skills.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a keen interest in aircraft systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions meticulously.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
