Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior technicians in routine aircraft inspections and maintenance procedures
- Learn and adhere to FAA/EASA safety regulations and company protocols
- Participate in hands-on training for aircraft systems (hydraulics, avionics, engines)
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and equipment logs
- Support troubleshooting efforts under mentorship of certified technicians
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
- Complete mandatory training modules and competency assessments
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required – open to fresh graduates and career changers
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational certification preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to precision work
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varied conditions
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship eligibility
- Willingness to obtain aviation security clearance if required
