- Assist senior technicians in performing routine aircraft inspections and maintenance tasks.
- Learn to use diagnostic equipment and hand tools to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
- Support the disassembly, repair, and reassembly of aircraft components under supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any irregularities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and aviation regulations at all times.
- Participate in on-the-job training sessions and theoretical classes.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required; full training provided.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interest in aviation and mechanical systems.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift as needed.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
