Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end air export processes including booking, documentation, and coordination with airlines and ground handlers.
- Prepare and process essential shipping documents such as Air Waybills (AWB), commercial invoices, and packing lists with high accuracy.
- Liaise effectively with overseas agents, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely movement of cargo.
- Monitor flight schedules and provide proactive status updates to stakeholders to ensure operational transparency.
- Ensure full compliance with all local and international air freight regulations, security protocols, and customs requirements.
- Resolve any operational discrepancies or service issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Assist in the preparation of billing and operational reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in air freight export operations.
- Strong knowledge of IATA regulations and Singapore customs documentation procedures.
- Proficiency in Freight Management Systems (FMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- High level of adaptability and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.
