Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end airfreight shipments, including booking, documentation, and tracking to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, freight forwarders, and internal operations teams to resolve inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, such as Air Waybills (AWB) and Commercial Invoices, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor cargo status closely and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding shipment progress and any potential delays.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize logistics processes and improve overall service efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments, customer interactions, and inventory details within the company system.
  • Assist in troubleshooting complex logistics issues and provide alternative solutions to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in airfreight customer service or logistics operations.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms, import/export regulations, and general customs procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively in a professional setting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is an advantage.
