Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end airfreight shipments, including booking, documentation, and tracking to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with customers, freight forwarders, and internal operations teams to resolve inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, such as Air Waybills (AWB) and Commercial Invoices, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Monitor cargo status closely and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding shipment progress and any potential delays.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize logistics processes and improve overall service efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments, customer interactions, and inventory details within the company system.
- Assist in troubleshooting complex logistics issues and provide alternative solutions to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in airfreight customer service or logistics operations.
- Familiarity with Incoterms, import/export regulations, and general customs procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively in a professional setting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is an advantage.
