Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end airfreight import shipments and ensure all documentation is processed accurately.
- Coordinate with overseas agents and local carriers to optimize delivery schedules and transit times.
- Prepare and process Singapore Customs declarations and relevant trade documentation (Tradenet).
- Provide accurate freight quotations and handle monthly billing and invoicing for clients.
- Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure smooth cargo handling, stripping, and inventory management.
- Monitor shipment status in real-time and proactively resolve any transit delays or discrepancies.
- Ensure full compliance with international shipping regulations, IATA standards, and company SOPs.
- Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field of study.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience specifically in airfreight import operations.
- Proficiency in freight forwarding software (e.g., CargoWise) and MS Office applications.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Customs regulations, permit declarations, and HS codes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective global coordination.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in documentation.
- Willingness to participate in overseas development programs as part of career progression.
