Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee end-to-end airfreight import operations to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
- Utilize the CargoWise system to manage documentation, tracking, and operational data accuracy.
- Coordinate closely with overseas agents, airlines, and local haulage partners to optimize shipping schedules.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the import forwarding team to maintain high service levels and operational KPIs.
- Handle complex customs declarations and ensure strict adherence to local import regulations and international shipping standards.
- Resolve operational discrepancies, shipping delays, or cargo issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze operational performance and implement process improvements to enhance workflow productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in airfreight import forwarding, preferably within an MNC environment.
- Proficiency in the CargoWise logistics software is essential.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to commit to a 5.25-day work week.
