Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage end-to-end airfreight export and import operations, ensuring timely execution and service quality.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, ground handlers, and agents to secure competitive rates and capacity.
- Ensure full compliance with international aviation regulations, customs requirements, and company safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the airfreight operations team to achieve operational KPIs.
- Analyze freight performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for cost-efficiency.
- Manage complex routing, consolidation, and emergency cargo shipments while providing clear communication to clients.
- Collaborate with global internal offices to streamline cross-border logistics processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in airfreight operations within a freight forwarding environment.
- Proven expertise in IATA Dangerous Goods regulations and international trade compliance.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a diverse operational team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in logistics management software (TMS/ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced logistics environment.
