Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end airfreight operations, ensuring shipments are processed timely and accurately.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, ground handlers, and agents to secure competitive rates and capacity.
- Oversee departmental KPIs and ensure adherence to operational workflows and safety standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to maintain high service levels and productivity.
- Coordinate with global offices to streamline international trade and transshipment processes.
- Ensure full compliance with local customs regulations, aviation security, and hazardous goods protocols.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in airfreight operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IATA regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex logistics challenges under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record in vendor management and capacity planning.
- Proficiency in logistics ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite.
