Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate airfreight shipments from booking to delivery
- Prepare and process airway bills, commercial invoices, and other shipping documents
- Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, and customs authorities for smooth cargo clearance
- Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to airfreight shipments
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations and international shipping requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and documentation
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate shipping quotes and solutions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in airfreight operations or forwarding
- Knowledge of Singapore Customs procedures and regulations
- Familiarity with airfreight documentation and Incoterms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
