Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end airfreight operations including booking, documentation, and customs clearance
- Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and clients to ensure timely cargo movement
- Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to stakeholders
- Resolve operational issues and optimize cargo routing for efficiency
- Ensure compliance with IATA, customs, and aviation regulations
- Prepare and process airway bills, invoices, and shipping documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse and ground transport teams for seamless delivery
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in airfreight operations
- Proficiency in logistics software and shipment tracking systems
- Strong knowledge of air cargo regulations and documentation procedures
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
