Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share within the airfreight sector.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure accurate shipping documentation and timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 1-2 years in sales, preferably within logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation.
- Strong understanding of airfreight operations, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive negotiation style.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
