Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize cargo volume and revenue.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting for new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient cargo handling and timely delivery schedules.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and budget reviews to management.
- Handle client inquiries, negotiate pricing terms, and resolve any service issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, Transport, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the airline or logistics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of air cargo operations, freight forwarding, and customs regulations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
