Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries regarding flight reservations, bookings, and travel information
- Process transactions and updates in airline reservation systems with accuracy
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining brand reputation and service standards
- Document all customer interactions and escalations according to company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer handoffs
- Adhere to performance metrics including call quality and resolution times
- Continuously update knowledge on airline policies, procedures, and promotions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (open to college students and fresh graduates)
- Excellent command of English and Filipino languages
- Basic computer literacy with ability to navigate multiple systems
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
- Positive attitude with ability to remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to work fixed day shift schedule
- No prior experience required (comprehensive training provided)
