Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, bookings, and policies with accuracy and professionalism
- Assist customers with reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests
- Process refunds, compensation claims, and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our reservation system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and promotional offers
- Provide support during irregular operations and disruptions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous customer service or call center experience (6+ months)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work flexible hours including rotating shifts and weekends
- Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software
- Knowledge of airline industry and travel terminology is advantageous
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus
