We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Airline Sales Executive to join our team at Citadel Pacific, Ltd.. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our airline sales division, responsible for driving revenue through the sale of airline seats and comprehensive travel packages. You will utilize your technical skills in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to manage bookings and provide exceptional service to both corporate and leisure clients.
This is a full-time opportunity located in Cebu City. Tanggung Jawab
- Process airline reservations, ticketing, and modifications using Sabre or Amadeus GDS systems.
- Sell airline products and travel packages to corporate clients and individual travelers to meet sales targets.
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries, providing accurate flight information and itinerary details.
- Identify upselling opportunities to increase average ticket value and revenue.
- Resolve complex booking issues and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the travel process.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of travel itineraries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Sabre or Amadeus GDS platforms.
- Strong sales orientation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Must be willing to work in Cebu City.
- Previous experience in airline sales or travel agency operations is highly preferred.
