- Respond to customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, availability, and pricing through our chat platform
- Assist customers with booking new flight reservations and modifying existing bookings
- Process payments and ensure accurate documentation of all transactions
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information about airline policies, baggage allowances, and travel requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Continuously update knowledge of airline products, services, and promotions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is advantageous
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail

- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with chat-based customer service tools
