Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and other airline services
- Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and other transactional needs
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records in the system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Continuously update knowledge about airline services, promotions, and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication skills with clear and articulate speech
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working during night shifts and maintaining alertness
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with customer service software
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus
