- Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies for Malaysia
- Conduct daily sales activities including client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with airline partners
- Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics against targets
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and market analysis
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure data integrity
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in aviation or B2B environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team
- Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving sales objectives
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
