As an Airport Customer Ambassador, you'll play a pivotal role in creating seamless and memorable travel experiences for international passengers. This contract position offers competitive compensation up to $2,350/month inclusive of transport allowance, ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and airport operations. You'll be stationed at Changi Airport's bustling terminals, assisting travelers with inquiries, wayfinding, and special assistance while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide courteous and efficient assistance to passengers with flight inquiries, directions, and airport facility information
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving passenger complaints and issues promptly
- Assist passengers with special needs including families, elderly travelers, and individuals with disabilities
- Collaborate with airport ground staff to ensure seamless passenger flow and operational efficiency
- Proactively promote airport amenities, services, and promotional activities to enhance passenger experience
- Maintain accurate documentation of passenger interactions and service incidents
- Adhere to strict aviation security protocols and brand presentation standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or aviation industry
- Excellent command of English with strong verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, Japanese) highly advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills with a calm demeanor under pressure
- Basic knowledge of airport operations and travel procedures preferred
- Valid work permit or Singaporean/PR citizenship
