Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily flight operations including gate assignments, boarding procedures, and ground handling activities
- Manage flight schedules and optimize resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency
- Monitor compliance with aviation regulations, safety protocols, and airline policies
- Proactively resolve operational disruptions and passenger service issues
- Act as primary Mandarin-speaking liaison for international passengers and crew
- Maintain accurate documentation of flight operations and incident reports
- Collaborate with air traffic control, maintenance teams, and airport authorities
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in airport operations or customer service
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of IATA regulations and airport procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy with experience in airline operation systems
