Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily movement of passenger baggage from check-in to aircraft loading.
- Monitor Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) to ensure continuous operation and immediate resolution of blockages.
- Liaise with ground handling agents and airline representatives to ensure timely aircraft departures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all baggage handling activities comply with aviation security protocols.
- Utilize baggage tracking software to locate and reconcile missing or delayed luggage.
- Manage shift handovers and document operational logs for management review.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of baggage during peak periods or operational contingencies.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime in the baggage hall.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a GCE 'N' Level or higher, with a background in logistics or transport preferred.
- Previous experience in airport ground handling or warehouse operations is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.
- Strong physical stamina to navigate the airport premises and handle operational demands.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy for reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A high level of integrity and commitment to strict security standards.
- Strong team player with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
