Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate cargo handling operations including loading, unloading, and storage of goods
- Ensure compliance with aviation security regulations and safety protocols
- Manage documentation and customs clearance procedures for international shipments
- Liaise with airlines, ground handlers, and freight forwarders to optimize cargo flow
- Monitor cargo tracking systems and resolve operational discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of cargo movements and inventory
- Support emergency response procedures for irregular cargo situations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics, supply chain, or aviation preferred
- Prior experience in cargo operations, logistics, or warehouse management advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of cargo handling procedures and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cargo management software
