Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the safe loading, unloading, and transfer of passenger baggage on the airside.
- Monitor real-time baggage tracking systems to ensure 100% accuracy and minimize mishandling.
- Liaise with ground handling agents and flight crews to ensure aircraft departure schedules are met.
- Enforce strict adherence to airport security standards and CAAS safety regulations.
- Manage operational discrepancies and resolve baggage-related issues on the ramp promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of ground support equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Prepare detailed shift reports regarding baggage volume, equipment status, and incident logs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Logistics, Aviation Management, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in ground handling, airside operations, or warehouse logistics is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift environment, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate ground teams.
- Physical resilience to work in an outdoor airside environment under various weather conditions.
- High level of situational awareness and a commitment to safety-first protocols.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office and digital tracking tools.
