Monee, a rapidly growing leader in digital financial services, is looking for a talented Algorithm Engineer Intern to join our team for the summer of 2026. At Monee, we are bridging the gap between traditional banking and modern digital lifestyles through mobile wallets, advanced payment processing, and intelligent credit solutions.
As an intern, you will work directly with our engineering team to design, test, and implement complex algorithms that drive our credit assessment models and financial transaction security. You will gain hands-on experience in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment where your code directly impacts the financial accessibility of thousands of users. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and refine predictive models for credit scoring and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines for real-time algorithm processing.
- Perform comprehensive statistical analysis on transaction data to identify trends and anomalies.
- Assist in the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models in a production environment.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to improve algorithm efficiency.
- Work cross-functionally with product and business teams to translate financial requirements into technical solutions.
- Document model performance and maintain technical logs for compliance and audit purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or C++ with a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Solid foundation in statistical analysis, probability, and linear algebra.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational database management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment during the May to August 2026 period.
