As part of our Platform Governance team, you will design and implement complex algorithmic models that drive policy enforcement and ecosystem health. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and policy experts, to translate abstract governance challenges into scalable technical solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models to detect fraud and platform policy violations in real-time.
- Optimize large-scale algorithmic systems for improved accuracy, latency, and throughput within the E-commerce ecosystem.
- Analyze complex data patterns to identify emerging risks and trends, proactively evolving our governance strategies.
- Collaborate with product and operation teams to integrate algorithmic solutions into existing platform workflows.
- Conduct deep-dive research into algorithm performance and iterate on model architectures for continuous improvement.
- Ensure high standards of data integrity and model interpretability in sensitive governance decision-making processes.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap for platform safety, security, and quality assurance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in machine learning, data mining, or algorithm development.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, or large-scale data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Flink).
- Proven track record of building and deploying models in a production environment at scale.
- Experience with data processing and big data tools (e.g., SQL, Hive, Kafka, Hadoop).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global, collaborative team environment.
