Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for medical equipment (ALKES) and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and healthcare institutions
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and industry trends
  • Train and mentor sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and sales approaches

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in medical equipment or FMCG industry
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities with excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of medical supplies, disposable products, and healthcare industry
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management software
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
