Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for medical equipment (ALKES) and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and healthcare institutions
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and industry trends
- Train and mentor sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and sales approaches
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in medical equipment or FMCG industry
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
- In-depth knowledge of medical supplies, disposable products, and healthcare industry
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management software
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
