Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Execute minor repairs and preventative maintenance tasks on plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general building structures.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, troubleshooting problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment operates safely and efficiently, performing basic maintenance and coordinating with external technicians when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Manage and track inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts, initiating reorders as needed.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in an all-around maintenance or handyman role, preferably within a commercial or facility setting.
- Strong working knowledge and practical skills in at least three of the following areas: basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or general appliance repair.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
