Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Conduct electrical repairs, installations, and troubleshooting of facility lighting and power systems.
- Manage plumbing maintenance, including leak repairs, pipe installations, and fixture upgrades.
- Execute general carpentry tasks such as wall repairs, door adjustments, and furniture maintenance.
- Perform professional-grade painting and surface finishing for interior and exterior walls.
- Operate welding equipment for structural repairs and custom fabrication as needed.
- Document maintenance activities and report any major facility issues to management promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, Handyman, or in a similar all-around technical role.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing codes, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- Experience in welding and metal fabrication is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in carpentry and wall finishing/painting techniques.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
- Residing in or near Mandaluyong City for reliable commute.
