- Warmly greet, seat, and escort guests promptly while managing reservation systems
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to optimize table turnover and guest flow
- Provide detailed menu information and daily specials recommendations
- Monitor dining area cleanliness, table settings, and ambiance standards
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve service issues
- Assist in training new staff on service protocols and guest engagement
- Contribute to daily briefings and implement operational improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel/restaurant front-of-house roles
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with exceptional communication skills
- Professional appearance with strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dining environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Proficiency in reservation management systems
- Problem-solving skills with a calm demeanor under pressure
