Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning activities and lessons tailored to infant needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that adheres to strict hygiene standards.
- Supervise and monitor children during daily routines, including mealtime, naps, and play.
- Observe and document children’s progress, behaviors, and developmental milestones accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with the teaching team to ensure consistent care and education.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s daily experiences and development.
- Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) is preferred.
- Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) or First Aid is an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in infant care are highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Relevant work pass eligibility for Singapore.
