Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for retail strategy and data-driven decision-making? Satellite Office is seeking a dynamic Allocation Analyst to join our team in Ortigas. In this role, you will be the bridge between inventory management and store success, ensuring that our products reach the right shelves at the right time.
You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by meticulously managing stock distribution in alignment with our broader corporate strategy. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Space Planning, and Operations, you will optimize stock levels to maximize sales performance and minimize markdowns. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute timely allocation of stock to stores based on seasonal business strategies and demand forecasts.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to identify high-performing SKUs and adjust distribution levels accordingly.
- Partner with Space Planning and Visual Merchandising to ensure store layouts can accommodate allocated inventory.
- Monitor and analyze stock-to-sales ratios, identifying opportunities for replenishment or stock consolidation.
- Provide actionable insights and weekly inventory reports to key stakeholders to influence inventory decisions.
- Work closely with Operations to address logistics constraints and ensure seamless product movement.
- Proactively identify and resolve inventory imbalances across the store network to maintain healthy stock health.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in retail allocation, inventory planning, or demand planning.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data modeling).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets into clear business actions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate across multiple departments.
- Familiarity with retail management software and inventory control systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
