Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze real-time operational data to ensure optimal middle-mile logistics performance.
- Maintain data accuracy across allocation systems and identify discrepancies in daily operational flows.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Laguna distribution hubs.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics managers to resolve allocation bottlenecks and improve process efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on logistical variances to minimize delivery lead times.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in the implementation of new allocation strategies to scale operations during peak demand seasons.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is essential.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable operational insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure logistics environment.
