This position requires strategic planning and coordination to pre-allocate vehicles efficiently across hub-to-hub routes, ensuring seamless goods movement and delivery timelines. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor vehicle utilization, resolve allocation bottlenecks, and implement data-driven improvements to our logistics operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Strategically plan and pre-allocate vehicles for hub-to-hub transfers based on demand forecasts and capacity constraints
- Monitor real-time vehicle utilization and proactively adjust allocation schedules to optimize resource efficiency
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse teams, and distribution centers to ensure timely handovers and route adherence
- Develop and maintain detailed allocation reports for performance analysis and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with logistics supervisors to implement contingency plans for disruptions or peak periods
- Analyze historical data to identify patterns and recommend process enhancements for cost reduction
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements for vehicle operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics coordination, fleet management, or transportation operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder coordination
- Proficiency in logistics software, Excel, and route planning applications
- Knowledge of Central Luzon road networks and traffic conditions preferred
- Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills
